Rota-Dent FAQ
Can we modify the unit?No. Our agreement with Adec only allows us to sell as specified. If you want any modifications you will have to go through retail channels.
Where can you ship?We can ship to a United States address and Canada only. If an “air” shipment is required, the lubricant oil will be with held from the shipment.
Can you take electronic payments? Credit Cards?No. At this time we can only receive payment via check payable in US Dollars.
Can you take a personal check?No. All payments/orders must be from a non-profit entity (i.e church, non-profit, Rotary club, etc).
Can we order replacement parts?Yes. Maintenance and repair parts for the Rota-Dent units can be ordered at special Rota-Dent pricing. Contact us for more information.
What is the Order process?All new customers or those who are no longer in our Accounting system, must submit a written response the to five “Criteria for Participation” for program approval.Once approved to participate, a completed Contact Form and an Order Form should be transmitted. Frequently these documents may accompany the Criteria response.After all paperwork has been received in good order, an electronic invoice is issued which includes shipping charges.Once payment is received from the sponsoring non-profit organization, via check payable in US Dollars, we will place an order with Adec on the Customer’s behalf.Please note the fastest way to processing is to send all communication and documents via email. I was told the compressor requirements were 90 psi, 80 psi regulated. How many CFM ( cubic feet per minute )are needed???AVS requires minimum 90 psi, ¾ horse air compressor. Must be oil and particulate free.
